Poetry of a Lifetime
Have A Little Faith
When we arise, we see the morning sun
We believe that our lives has just begun
We ignored time and now its too late for he is done
Should have we known, we would have told him he was the one
And now we remember as we stand in our own shadows
Seeing how you left as I stood by the windows
Were was god when he was falling
Where is god now as we are calling
All we must do is stand up to the long dark walk
Trying to remember him in our talk
Should we keep hope and faith together
Or should cry out to the skies in a petition of heather
When was the world such a lonely place
Why didn't he, receive any grace
Now the earth is lesser of a great man
I believe his new journey has began
Im sorry your not here
But I do expect you to be up there
So I guess this is goodbye
We will always remember you in that great blue sky
